This will give them videos and testing to do.  The Pre-self exam take about an hour:(

2.   http://www.skillstat.com/ACLS_STAT_demo.html This is an excellent site for question preparation.

3.    http://www.traumamedic.com/ A pre-hospital page. Check out the skill testing page.
