If you want to take a computer version then see us for the physical check offs? Go to http://www.onlineaha.org/to do part 1 of three. When finished with the AHA online course print out the certificate and bring it to us withing 60 days.
Then see us for Part II the skills session practice AND Part III Skills Test. The skills test shall consist of at least the following. The skill sheets should be in an AHA text corresponding to your desired course or here on this site in CPR and ACLS preparation. How long is the course?
This depends on the number, experience of the participants, mood, *the day of week, time of day and of course your needs. *Classes on Monday add .5 hour, on Friday subtract .5 hours.)

How long is the certification good for?
AHA certs are for 2 (two) years. However, check with your organization/State for the exact accepted value. Childcare Providers for example in Michigan require them to re-certify every year despite the numerical value placed on the card.
